School

so...i am graduating in august. pretty awesome for me. although i am a little apprehensive. i have been in school for the past 17, yes count 'em, 17 years. from september of 1989 to august of 2006. that is a long time folks. and then *BAM* after 17 years it's over. they put a piece of paper in my hands and push me out into the real world to fend for myself. i don't know what i am going to do. i know nothing else but classwork and homework and studying and trying to figure out what my teacher wants so i can get good grades. i'm a little scared because after this i am either going to get a job which will be from x hour to y hour and then no homework or studying or projects, or i am going to have a baby which will consume all of my time (like school except more important). i am a good student, but am i a good enough person to survive without school? this system is flawed if i go to school for 17 years and don't feel prepared to do anything.
on the plus side, if i ever want to go to graduate school, i am graduating with a freakin' awesome GPA. i made a graph with the progression of my GPA over time. i saved it, but now i can't find it anywhere, so i might have to post it later. it looks pretty impressive, except for the first couple of semesters. but i was just starting out and didn't know what to expect and took american heritage, physical science and psychology all in the same semester (bad idea). that was my downfall. so overall my GPA is 3.85 and in my major it is 3.97. i am so awesome.
